[Triple-A Attacker Transfers 4,970 ETH to Tornado Cash] According to a report by Jinse Finance on October 10, Salus monitoring on the X platform revealed that its Tornado monitoring system detected the Triple-A attacker transferring 4,970 ETH (valued at approximately $12.4 million) to Tornado Cash. In July this year, the attacker stole assets from the proprietary treasury of payment service provider Triple-A, with public estimates of losses around $11.8 million. After bridging the funds to Ethereum and completing the exchange, the attacker split the funds into two intermediary addresses on September 6. On October 9, the attacker consolidated the two funds into the same wallet and deposited them into Tornado Cash through 49 transactions of 100 ETH each and 7 transactions of 10 ETH each. One of the deposits included assets previously withdrawn from the mixer.
