According to Bitcoin.com, Lithuania's State Tax Inspectorate (VMI) has revised the rules for reporting crypto asset user information, further clarifying the definitions of users and related entities that must be reported. It has also adjusted requirements for information reporting, self-declaration, and due diligence to align with the EU's DAC8 directive. Relevant crypto asset service providers and operators are required to report user, crypto asset, and transaction information. The first batch of data from 2026 must be submitted by May 31, 2027, and thereafter reported annually, with related data to be retained for at least five years. https://(wublock123.com)/news/lithuania-revises-crypto-asset-reporting-rules-first-data-due-2027-69849
