Renting robots at $1-10 an hour instead of selling them is the obvious sales and revenue maximization strategy Client can say “we’re paying humans $30 all in for this work and they make mistakes, sue us and quit — paying $10 an hour makes this ‘set it and forget it’ for the company” This value proposition is going to be so compelling it will race through all physical human labor like a wildfire over of the next decade.” The idea that human will work in a factory, drive a car or do construction will seem unfathomable in 20 years. Will be as hard to imagine as taking a steamer to cross the Atlantic Ocean for six days instead of taking a flight for six hours. That’s 35m jobs, or 1 in 5 working Americans who will have their jobs retired over the next two decades. That’s a lot of jobs to replace, but we will figure it out
