Old friends might remember that in last week’s video, we mentioned two Gann low points in time, with the first being in early October. On October 9th, in the early hours, BTC hit a low of 80,393 and then made a V-shaped rebound ✅
So, is the pullback over now? What’s next?
The rise from 74,967 to 87,395 lasted 6 days, while the pullback from 87,395 to 80,393 took 16 days. If 87,395 to 80,393 is a daily-level pullback, it must not drop below 80,393 again and must break above and stabilize above 86,000.
If no new high above 87,395 is created, or if it drops below 80,393 again, it indicates that the movement from 87,395 is a weekly-level pullback. In this scenario, the Gann low point on October 9th would be of a smaller scale, and the movement starting from there would be a rebound. After the rebound ends, it would continue to drop until early November.
If the movement from 87,395 is a weekly-level pullback, the structure would be as follows: 87,395 to 80,393 is the first wave of decline, which is at the daily level. The rise from 80,393 is a rebound against this decline (as shown in the green box). After the rebound ends, there will be another decline of the same level as 87,395 to 80,393. Once the endpoint of the entire weekly-level pullback is found, BTC will start the next wave of weekly-level rise, and the strength of the next wave will far exceed 57,800 to 87,395.
We mentioned this expectation in Sunday’s video, and as time goes on, this possibility is increasing. But no matter what, after the pullback starting from 87,395 ends, it will still continue to rise.
