[CryptoQuant: Bitcoin's Current Pullback is Relatively Mild, $74,500 as Historical Average Pullback Reference Point]
According to a report by Jinse Finance on October 9, CryptoQuant analyst MAC_D pointed out that Bitcoin has fallen from its October 5 high of $87,027 to its October 9 low of $80,404, a pullback of approximately 7.61%. This is close to the 2022-2025 bull market cycle's average pullback of 7.58% and lower than the historical overall average pullback of 14.39%.
The average pullback from peak levels during historical bull market cycles is as follows: 18.41% in 2010-2011, 21.71% in 2011-2013, 10.93% in 2015-2017, and 19.39% in 2018-2021. The current adjustment is relatively mild.
Based on the historical overall average pullback of 14.39%, the corresponding price would be approximately $74,500. The analyst suggests gradually accumulating BTC around the $80,000 level and increasing positions if the price drops to the $74,000–$75,000 range.
