Long-time followers know that on August 18, we got into $MSTR. Then on August 19, we tweeted again with a bullish outlook on $MSTR, and what followed was an 86%+ surge in $MSTR.
Is MicroStrategy’s rally over now? What’s next?
As shown in Chart 2, the black segment represents a weekly-level uptrend. The move starting from 171.19 is a same-level correction to that uptrend. If it doesn’t break below 147.37, the downtrend is over. The range of 171.19-147.37 is either the entirety or part of the decline.
If $MSTR fails to break and hold above 165.2, then the move starting from 147.37 is just a rebound against the 171.19-147.37 decline. In this scenario, 171.19-147.37 would be the first part of the drop, and after the rebound ends, there would be another same-level decline similar to 171.19-147.37. Once the entire weekly-level correction is complete, there will be another same-level uptrend as the black segment, and the next breakout could be even stronger.
Since we started updating on $MSTR, history has repeatedly proven that our level assessments and structural analysis of $MSTR are highly predictive. We’ll continue to provide technical analysis and fundamental insights on $MSTR. If you’re interested, stay tuned!
