[DWF Labs Subsidiary Sues BitGo for Breach of OTC Agreement, Seeking $141 Million in Damages]
BlockBeats News, October 9, according to the Financial Times, DWF Maas and Falcon Digital, subsidiaries of DWF Labs, have filed a lawsuit against crypto custody company BitGo in the High Court of London, accusing it of breaching an over-the-counter (OTC) trading agreement by selling Falcon Finance (FF) and ESPORTS tokens before the agreed lock-up period ended, leading to a decline in token prices.
According to the lawsuit, both parties had agreed on discounted token prices, but with the condition of a three-month lock-up period followed by a phased unlocking arrangement. DWF claims that BitGo transferred the tokens to a trading platform approximately two months before the first unlocking phase, causing market sell-off pressure and damaging the value of its remaining holdings. As a result, DWF is seeking $141 million in damages. [Original Link]
