According to a report by *Financial Times*, DWF Labs' subsidiaries DWF Maas and Falcon Digital have filed a lawsuit against crypto custody company BitGo in the London High Court, accusing it of breaching an over-the-counter (OTC) agreement. The claim alleges that BitGo sold Falcon Finance (FF) and ESPORTS tokens before the agreed lock-up period ended, leading to a drop in token prices. As stated in the lawsuit, both parties had agreed on discounted token prices, but with a three-month lock-up period and subsequent phased unlocking arrangement. DWF claims that BitGo transferred the tokens to exchanges about two months before the first unlocking phase, creating market sell pressure and damaging the value of its remaining holdings. As a result, DWF is seeking $141 million in damages. BitGo has declined to comment on the lawsuit, and the allegations have yet to be ruled on by the court. https://(wublock123.com)/news/dwf-labs-subsidiary-sues-bitgo-otc-breach-141m-69780
