Many mainstream altcoins are just 10-20% away from their historical bottoms.
They’ve already dropped this much—what’s there to be afraid of?
Looking back, what was the environment during the last historical bottom?
The Fed was aggressively hiking rates, global liquidity was tightening, geopolitical conflicts were flaring up, institutions were going bankrupt, and the industry was hit by one disaster after another. It took a series of bearish events to push the market to that level.
Now, many altcoins are back near their historical lows. Do we really need to relive all those past disasters again?
Of course, a historical bottom isn’t a guaranteed floor. Trash coins can drop 90% and still drop another 90%.
But investing is about odds, not waiting for all risks to disappear before entering the market.
Chasing at the top but being scared to death at the bottom—that’s classic retail investor thinking.
In my opinion, some altcoins with solid fundamentals, active ecosystems, and sufficient liquidity already have value for phased accumulation.
If you’re sitting on an empty portfolio, maybe it’s time to put in your first position!
If prices drop further, save some ammo to average down; if prices rally, at least you’re already on the ride.
If it really goes south, I’ll be the first to dive in and set an example for everyone!
Others dive in to start businesses; I dive in to provide liquidity to the market!
