The platform integrates hardware and software and is equipped with devices based on NVIDIA's Spectrum-X technology, achieving interconnectivity between cross-vendor AI processors. According to the plan, the first version of Token Fabric will be released in the fourth quarter of this year to connect AI chip clusters within data centers, while the complete platform will be rolled out in phases by 2027. In terms of financing, Upscale AI completed a $190 million expansion round in June this year, led by Premji Invest, the investment arm of Indian billionaire Azim Premji, with participation from NVIDIA, Salesforce, and Singapore's Temasek.
