Deep Tide TechFlow News, October 8, according to a report by CoinDesk, Bitcoin collateralized loans are gradually evolving into mainstream credit tools. SALT Lending Chief Revenue Officer Hunter Albright stated that an increasing number of borrowers are using BTC as collateral to pay for tuition, emergency expenses, and supplement business cash flow, rather than solely for trading purposes. Ledn Co-founder and CEO Adam Reeds revealed that the platform has issued over $11 billion in loans since its establishment in 2018, with projections to grow to $1 trillion in the future. Borrowers generally prefer not to sell BTC, opting instead to leverage their holdings for liquidity.
