[Solidigm, a subsidiary of SK Hynix, reportedly plans a U.S. IPO in 2027, aiming to raise approximately $10 billion]
Odaily Planet Daily reports, according to informed sources, that Solidigm, the flash memory business subsidiary of SK Hynix, has selected Goldman Sachs and Morgan Stanley as the lead underwriters for its U.S. IPO, which is planned for as early as 2027. The company aims to raise approximately $10 billion, with a potential valuation of up to $100 billion. JPMorgan Chase, Citigroup, and UBS Group will also participate in the offering, and Solidigm is simultaneously preparing for pre-IPO financing. Solidigm was formed in 2021 through SK Hynix's acquisition and restructuring of Intel's flash memory business and currently focuses on providing high-capacity solid-state drives for AI data centers. In August of this year, the company entered into a multi-year partnership with CoreWeave to provide enterprise-grade storage support for its AI cloud platform. SK Hynix responded by stating that Solidigm is evaluating various options to enhance its business competitiveness, but no specific IPO plans have been confirmed yet. (Bloomberg)
