Formation will integrate Orca's trading infrastructure with Loopscale's lending and investment vault products to provide an all-in-one service for emerging assets, covering issuance, fundraising, and trading. The company also plans to expand its business into capital-intensive sectors like AI, energy, robotics, and defense, ultimately offering a pathway for these assets to access regulated U.S. capital markets.
