Jin10 News, October 8 – According to sources, Solidigm, the flash memory business subsidiary of SK Hynix (SKHY.O), has reportedly selected Goldman Sachs (GS.N) and Morgan Stanley (MS.N) to lead its U.S. IPO planned for next year. JPMorgan Chase, Citigroup, and UBS have also been invited to participate in the listing. Solidigm could go public as early as 2027, with a potential valuation of up to $100 billion. Discussions are still ongoing, and specific arrangements may be adjusted, with the possibility of additional banks joining the process.
