Not even Singapore's 32°C weather could stop me from attending @Ondo's event. When I arrived, they were just discussing new-era alpha opportunities and what kinds of trades are still worth doing. In simple terms, it aims to bring early-stage private company Pre-IPO opportunities on-chain, allowing interested and qualified investors to get more access before companies go public. Qualified participants can gain economic exposure tied to the per-share value of private companies, essentially a tokenized note. These notes can be traded 24/7 on @OndoPerps, self-custodied, and even transferred. Of course, these are not stocks and don’t come with any shareholder rights. In certain regions, you can qualify through verification, but make sure to check the official announcements for specifics. For regular users, this could be a new opportunity.
