Russia described France's test launch of Nuclear capable missile as a "dead end". 🇷🇺 🇫🇷 France has been modernizing its nuclear deterrent, having commissioned the new ASMPA-R air launched nuclear cruise missile for its Rafale jets and upgrading to the M51.3 submarine launched variant, which offers greater range and improved penetration against hostile missile defense systems. Russia spent the past several years explicitly threatening nuclear strikes over Ukraine. When Russia tests missiles, it's "maintaining strategic stability"; when France does it, it's a "dead end."
