[Analyst: Bitcoin briefly drops below $84,000, with long liquidation and aggressive selling dominating]
Deep Tide TechFlow reports that on October 7, CryptoQuant analyst Axel Adler Jr. stated that Bitcoin fell from $85,500 to $83,900, then slightly rebounded to $84,100. This decline was accompanied by aggressive sell orders dominating and forced liquidation of long positions. Data shows that the Taker Order Pressure Oscillator once dropped to -4.9 before recovering to -3.1, indicating that while aggressive selling pressure has eased, bears still hold the advantage. Meanwhile, the Liquidation Pressure Oscillator fell from -11 to -78, reflecting that forced liquidation of long positions remains dominant. The analysis points out that if Bitcoin's price continues to stay below $83,900 and both indicators remain significantly negative, it may face a risk of more prolonged selling pressure.
