Decentralized L2 is a paradox. Almost all L2s on the market can be shut down by the project team whenever they want, and the community has no say. From Zero Network, to Sophon, to Blast, and then to Abstract, without exception. Some are even worse—they secretly shut down the chain without even issuing an announcement.
