On August 2, 2018, Apple’s market cap surpassed $1 trillion (1T), becoming the first member of the global trillion-dollar club. Before this, a $1 trillion valuation was unimaginable for most companies. On September 4, Amazon became the second company to hit the $1 trillion mark. In 2019, Microsoft became the third. Today, there are 16 companies with a market cap above $1 trillion, and even Elon Musk’s personal net worth has reached $1 trillion. The global economy is growing, currencies are depreciating, and market valuations are heavily influenced by the “anchoring effect.” Once one company crosses this threshold, the market quickly pushes the second and third companies to follow suit. Nvidia’s current market cap is $5.8T. In the next 3-5 years, we might witness the emergence of the world’s first $10T company, with the second and third $10T companies following soon after. Over the next 10 years, the trillion-dollar club will likely be replaced by the ten-trillion-dollar club. So, my friends, it’s time to broaden your perspective. Start looking for the next company/asset that could join the 10T club with a 10-year, $10T goal in mind. And there could be many such assets out there.
