Founding collaborators also include Genesys, Instinct, Rocket, Shopify, Stripe, and Walmart. The protocol leverages the OAuth standard for authentication, allowing users to grant agents read or write access to their accounts. Enterprises can independently decide which features to make available and monitor agent activities via websites, APIs, or their own agents. Version 0.1 of the specification is scheduled for release later in October.
