BTC & ETH have been seeing a lot of downside pressure at the same time of the trading days for the past few weeks. This used to be a thing during the start of the year during the down trend as well. Price recovers into the open and then gets slammed down shortly after. Then after that initial hour things usually stabilize. This is always around 10:00 ET or 16:00 CET for the Europeans
