WuTalk has learned that Startale Group's subsidiary, Startale Japan, announced the issuance of its first guaranteed digital corporate bond starting October 6. The plan is to raise ¥99.9 million (approximately $630,000) with a 1-year term and a fixed annual interest rate of 5.00% (pre-tax). The minimum subscription amount is ¥100,000 (around $632). Both bond interest and principal repayment upon maturity will be paid in JPYSC, a yen-pegged stablecoin, via the Startale App. Startale stated that this is Japan's first case of a digital corporate bond denominated in yen and settled using a trust-based stablecoin for interest and principal payments. https://www.(wublock123.com)/news/startale-japan-launches-jpysc-digital-bond-which-uses-stablecoins-to-pay-interest-and-principal-69605
