Circle, Ripple, and Standard Chartered are all pretty familiar to everyone. QRT's predecessor was the quantitative trading department at Credit Suisse, and now it's independent. So among all the investors, ICE is the venue, Standard Chartered is the bank, Circle and Ripple are stablecoins and payments, and QRT is a major player in quantitative trading. Looks like OKX has basically brought together all the big names in the full process this time. Next up, OKB might just summon the dragon.
