In my view, there will be a point when long yields stop rising for a while and fall- it could be simple market forces from being over stretched or an actual cooling of expectations and growth- and many will think they've seen the generational top in yields. But when the next Fed easing marks a higher low in rates across the curve relative to covid and they begin rising once more, the timeline will be awash in a darkly humorous panic as we march toward another secular higher high. Then the whole process will happen again.
