Yesterday, funds suddenly started flowing back into AI, so I casually went through all of VIRTUAL's updates from the past few months.
Holy crap, this project has done way more in the past month than I originally thought.
VIRTUAL is no longer just that 2025 AI Agent token platform—it’s clearly aiming to build a full-fledged AI Agent economic system now:
Giving AI identities, wallets, the ability to earn money, invest, hire other AI, and eventually even work in the real world.
In June, Virtuals integrated with Ondo + Treasures, enabling over 40,000 Agents to directly trade 430+ tokenized stocks.
On September 15, they launched Occupy, combining AI Agents, Launchpad, and tokenized stocks into one: each Token corresponds to a tokenized stock, with 40% of transaction fees continuously buying stocks into the Treasury. Then, the AI Senate, elected by token holders, decides whether to hold, allocate, or buy back.
On September 17, Agent Tokenisation went live on Circle’s Arc, further pushing issuance and the Agent economy into stablecoin infrastructure.
On September 23, Astra Agent directly controlled a full humanoid robot to complete an open-ended object retrieval task. Virtuals themselves are calling this “bits to atoms.”
On October 5, they packed everything they’ve been working on—ACP, EconomyOS, Butler, Agent Trading—into the Virtuals App:
A personal AI with wallet and market permissions that stays in group chats to help you research markets, monitor conditions, manage funds, and even execute trades.
If this product really takes off, Virtuals could become one of the most important personal finance AI apps out there.
Checked the candlestick chart—what do you guys think, can it take off?
