According to Wu Blockchain, the U.S. Financial Crimes Enforcement Network (FinCEN) has announced the withdrawal of two proposed rules related to digital assets: one that originally aimed to impose record-keeping, identity verification, and reporting requirements on certain transactions involving convertible virtual currencies (CVC) and unhosted wallets; and another that proposed categorizing CVC mixing transactions as a 'primary money laundering concern' and implementing special measures. FinCEN stated that after reviewing public comments, it decided to withdraw these proposals as part of the Trump administration's agenda to ease regulations and adjust the regulatory framework for digital assets. https://(wublock123.com)/news/fincen-withdraws-two-proposed-crypto-rules-on-cvc-and-mixing-69560
