Two wins for onchain privacy and self-custody today: 👉 FinCEN withdraws the 2023 mixing PMLC proposal 👉 FinCEN withdraws the 2020 unhosted wallet rule Both of these rules threatened to violate the privacy of crypto users and targeted self-custodial blockchain technology.
