**[AI Frenzy Sparks Wealth Boom, Tech Giants Achieve Record-Breaking Year]**
According to a report by Jinse Finance, Bloomberg Billionaires Index data shows that as of September 30, the combined wealth of approximately 100 tech billionaires among the world's top 500 billionaires increased by $845 billion, marking the highest record for the first nine months of any year. The driving forces behind this growth mirror the primary drivers of global markets: the artificial intelligence boom and the surge in tech stocks, particularly in the United States.
The total wealth of tech billionaires now stands at $4.6 trillion, accounting for 36% of the index's total wealth, even though they represent only about one-fifth of the individuals on the list. This disparity is striking. During the same period, billionaires who accumulated their wealth outside the tech sector collectively lost $62 billion, while U.S. billionaires contributed 94% of the net wealth increase in the index. Since September 10, all of the world's top ten billionaires have been from the United States, marking the first time this has occurred since Bloomberg began tracking billionaires in 2012.
