Since we identified the range of 82300-74968 as a correction for the 57800-82300 rally and concluded it had ended, $BTC has surged from 74968 all the way to 87396. This marks a textbook daily-level uptrend. This week, $BTC is likely to end its 10+ days of consolidation, so we need to pay extra attention: If this week $BTC does not fall below 82563, or if the daily candle closes above 86360, we can assume that the range of 87396-82563 is a daily-level correction for the 74968-87396 rally and that it has already ended. If confirmed that 87396-82563 is the entirety of the correction, this would be a strong correction. Under this scenario, the rally starting from 82563 would be on the same level as the 74968-87396 rally, both belonging to the daily level. If $BTC breaks below 82563 again this week, as long as it doesn’t fall below the blue Gann angle 2/1 line (around 79780-80100), we will still consider the drop from 87396 as a correction for the 74968-87396 rally. However, if 82563 is broken again, this would indicate a more complex correction. Once the correction finds its endpoint, it will still lead to a daily-level uptrend. If this is just a daily-level correction, it’s highly likely to conclude this week, as the duration is already nearing the limit for a daily-level correction. If the correction doesn’t end this week, we’ll need to consider the possibility of an expanded correction level.
