According to the design of AIP-144, users can choose to encrypt transaction content before submission, and validators will collaboratively decrypt it after consensus determines the transaction order, thereby reducing front-running and other MEV risks. Voting will conclude on October 6. The Aptos governance page shows that the current votes in favor amount to approximately 32.586 million APT, which has not yet reached the voting threshold of 300 million APT. The proposal is still in the voting phase and has not been officially passed.
