This topic is worth discussing, but let's keep it brief. There are indeed some non-compliant nightclubs in Singapore. Singapore often reports on "anti-vice operations," but the way they handle it is very different from how it's done in China. Singapore is very lenient toward the buyers. In other words, if you "accidentally" end up in some non-compliant adult entertainment venues and are "induced" into accepting certain adult services, even if the police raid the place, you won't face any issues. There will be no records, no penalties, and it won't even waste much of your time. Basically, you just answer 1-2 questions and can go home. However, Singapore is extremely strict when it comes to punishing the sellers. Several famous landmarks in Singapore have been inspected before. One of my buddies was out with his team for a group activity, and they all ended up getting caught in a raid. Each person just answered 1-2 questions and was politely let go. Also, if you encounter a "honey trap" in Singapore, report it to the police immediately—they will definitely protect you. But honestly, I don't think "honey traps" exist in Singapore.
