A DAO being able to vote doesn’t mean it already has its own name. Aave Labs proposed establishing a Cayman foundation to gradually place trademarks and related IP under DAO supervision. However, it’s currently just at the ARFC stage. The first phase only deals with entity registration and the appointment of independent managers. Trademarks, domain names, and code transfers will require separate votes later on.
