The potential here is genuinely significant: this is a defensible, physician-built methodology addressing one of the largest unmet needs in American medicine— a mental health system where a fifth of adults carry a diagnosable condition, first-line treatment fails a large share of them, and psychiatric access is collapsing under provider shortages nationwide. Individual patients are already improving under this exact model, case by case, today, in my practice — and a structured outcome-tracking layer is now being built directly into the system specifically to convert that pattern into the kind of population-level data that proves it.
