ETH has been chopping around vs BTC for the past few weeks. No real action here besides some intra day volatility here and there. But the trend has been up since June. As long as BTC remains its bullish market structure, I do believe ETH will at least keep up if not outperform. Just like it has been doing. If the market were to go risk off for whatever reason, the Daily 200MA/EMA would be a good level to watch on the ETH/BTC pair.
