According to Bloomberg, Susquehanna International and Citadel Securities announced they will withdraw their lawsuit against traders accused of using Chinese regulatory news for early trading of Futu ($FUTU) and Tiger Securities ($TIGR) options. They have reached settlements with several defendants, though specific terms were not disclosed. The two companies previously claimed that the traders purchased approximately $12 million worth of put options before regulatory news was released on May 22, profiting over $100 million. A federal judge in the Southern District of New York had earlier refused to continue freezing the related accounts, stating that while insider trading could be a possible explanation, the current evidence was insufficient to justify freezing the funds further. The two companies still reserve the right to refile lawsuits against defendants who have not settled. https://www.(wublock123.com)/news/hainna-international-and-castle-securities-withdraw-futu-tiger-options-insider-trading-lawsuit-settle-69440
