According to Wu Blockchain, Japan's largest crypto exchange, bitFlyer, announced that it will launch an anti-fraud measure called 'Cooldown' on October 15. For individual users who have completed identity verification for less than 90 days, any yen deposits will trigger a 48-hour cooldown period during which certain crypto assets cannot be transferred to external addresses. The restricted amount is calculated as the total yen deposited in the past 48 hours minus 100,000 yen (approximately $634); if the total deposit within 48 hours does not exceed 100,000 yen, there will be no restrictions. Each deposit will have its own 48-hour cooldown period. Deposits made via Quick Deposit are not subject to this rule, as they already have a 7-day restriction on crypto asset withdrawals. The Cooldown measure does not affect yen deposits/withdrawals, crypto asset trading, holding, or receiving. https://www.(wublock123.com)/news/bitflyer-anti-fraud-cooldown-90-day-deposit-48hr-transfer-lock-69428
