On October 2, SK Corporation announced that Chey Tae-won plans to sell 1,653,924 shares, accounting for 2.3% of the company's total share capital. To minimize market impact, the sale will be conducted through block trading after market hours. The actual stock transaction is expected to begin on November 2, one month later. If the share sale is completed as planned, Chey Tae-won's voting shareholding ratio will decrease from 23.9% to 20.8%, while the total shareholding ratio, including affiliates, will drop from 33.5% to 30.5%.
