What is the highest level of enjoyment for humans?
There is no standard answer to this question, but I can share what I have seen.
It's definitely not money.
The top billionaires have long passed the stage of buying happiness with money. Musk sleeps on the factory floor, Zuckerberg wears the same T-shirt, and Buffett eats McDonald's breakfast. When money reaches a certain level, the marginal utility approaches zero.
It's not power either.
The greater the power, the less freedom there is. Trump posts dozens of Truth Social messages a day, while Musk's private life is openly watched. The higher you stand, the more people will stare at you.
Not even fame.
Fame is someone else's evaluation, not your own feelings. Duan Yongping was criticized on Snowball, Huang Zheng was criticized for "selling counterfeit goods", and Musk was criticized as a "scammer". You cannot satisfy everyone.
So, what is the highest level of enjoyment for humans?
I have observed that those who have truly reached the top pursue three things:
Firstly, create.
It's not about making money, it's about creating something from scratch that is helpful for the development and progress of humanity.
Musk builds rockets, Huang Renxun builds chips, and Zhang Yiming builds algorithms. They are not 'managing', they are 'creating'. The process of creation itself is a high-level enjoyment.
Secondly, freedom.
Duan Yongping said, 'I block things I don't like,' which is his greatest freedom.
A person who can refuse enjoys more than someone who can ask for anything. Freedom is not about doing whatever you want, it's about choosing not to do anything and being carefree.
Thirdly, inner peace.
It's not lying flat, it's no longer being led by the outside world. Don't be ecstatic when the market rises, and don't collapse when it falls. I won't lose when I make a profit, and I won't panic when I lose.
Zhang Chaoyang searched for six years and found this one.
If I were to answer in just one sentence:
The highest level of enjoyment for humanity is to find freedom in creation and find peace in freedom.
It's not about having the most, it's about needing the least.
What do you think is the highest level of enjoyment for humans?
