From the moment we decided to organize the crayfish event to finally sorting out all the details today, a huge thank you to our sponsors @bagel_win and @NeoSoulAI for their incredible support. Without the help of their amazing teams, we wouldn’t have been able to pull this off. Originally, the restaurant for this event was set up for à la carte dining, but to give everyone a more direct experience of Singapore-style crayfish, we worked with the owners to switch it to a buffet format. The dishes will primarily feature crayfish. The highlight of the menu is the signature chilled crayfish, followed by spicy crayfish with thirteen spices and garlic chili crayfish. Drinks will be provided free by the restaurant, along with some side dishes and staples. But of course, the focus is on crayfish—we hope everyone enjoys it to the fullest. Also, the enthusiasm from everyone has completely exceeded my expectations. So far, nearly 300 people have signed up for LUMA, and I estimate the actual turnout will be even higher. However, the maximum capacity we can accommodate at one time is around 100 people. We sincerely hope everyone has a great time at the first and second rounds, and then joins us for the third crayfish session. If the crowd gets too concentrated and we hit capacity temporarily, I’ll stay with everyone on the first floor to wait for a bit. During the wait, I’ll provide some snacks and drinks for everyone. I want to apologize in advance for any inconvenience this might cause. What I can promise is that I’ll stay with every single attendee while waiting.
