A year ago, SoftBank & PayPay's investment in Binance Japan is starting to show its value. Now, when traveling to Japan, you can use Binance Pay to pay directly at most merchants that support PayPay—no need to exchange yen or carry cash. I tested it yesterday, and there's still a 10% payment discount right now. This is similar to the model I saw in Vietnam back in August (https://(x.com)/Sea_Bitcoin/status/2091712812452384984). Binance Pay uses VietQR/Momo QR codes in Vietnam, QRPH/InstaPay in the Philippines, and PayPay in Japan.
