A meme is basically a fund with no responsibilities—no project team, no leaders, no founders, no rug pulls, no pump-and-dumps, no servers. As long as you can achieve true decentralization, in theory, it's flawless. I like a coin, I use 10,000 addresses to buy $1 million worth, then someone else likes it and buys in. After that, I sell, and it drops by N times. But it doesn't even count as a scam because no one ever lied to you.
