What is a large-scale public relations crash scene? Solv's statement is Neil Lee stated that he has been unable to redeem approximately 50 BTC corresponding to BTC+since July. Both parties have been struggling for almost 3 months, and users have reported exchanging about 60 emails back and forth. They have also provided proof of funding sources, transaction records, and wallet control, but the issue remains unresolved. Then the official and founder of Solv came out for public relations. There are no forbidden zones for thinking, and public relations have discipline. But I was a bit confused after reading this statement: the entire text has been emphasizing that "the system is normal", "assets are still", "only specific transactions triggered individual risk reviews", and even stated that it will only be handled based on verifiable evidence and procedures. Only the most important thing was missed: What is the problem with this user's address? Which transaction triggered risk control? What rule was triggered? Where are the materials submitted by users not enough? Where is the review process now? What more proof is needed? When can we give a conclusion? Not a single one was mentioned. If there is really an abnormality with this user, it is actually better to handle it. Present publicly available facts, on chain records, and risk evidence. The privacy and compliance aspects can be hidden, but at least the outside world must know: Why is it that a user who subscribed normally and has already been redeemed by others still needs to lock up their corresponding assets of about 50 BTC. The impression given by this statement now is: Our system is fine and we haven't lost any money. There is an issue with your address. As for what the problem is, we cannot tell you. If there are any further issues, we can take legal action. This is the most frustrating aspect of public relations this time. Even if it is ultimately proven that the user has indeed triggered a serious risk control, it is still difficult to give this PR a high score. Because a financial agreement faces questions from users about not being able to retrieve around 50 BTC for several months, what needs to be presented the most are specific facts, processing standards, and clear progress, rather than repeatedly proving that we have no problem. PS: Since SOLV does not respond positively to users and the community's attention, what do you have to say? Just withdraw your money and leave.
