Important BTC update:
In my last update, I said $82,500 was the key level to hold for another move to $85,000+.
That's exactly what happened.
Bitcoin now has roughly $1.2B liquidity above between $85,500 - $87,500 and $3B below between $79,500 - $82,500. This means there is well over 2x more HTF liquidity below, so another deeper HTF reset remains the big risk if Bulls don't regain control quickly here.
On the LTF, the largest liquidity zones sit at $81,900 - $82,800 below and $85,800 - $86,400 above, making these the most likely levels to sweep next today.
Whales have now stacked some huge buy orders between $81,500 - $83,000 after the latest dump, while orders are now thin above until large sell walls at $85,500 - $89,000. Put simply, whales are keen to buy the dip, and BTC has room for another rebound pump.
Meanwhile, spot demand increased temporarily during the pump, while leverage traders are still active. This means buyers did show up, but they haven’t been strong enough yet to push BTC past $85,600.
So to make things simple for you:
- $82,500 floor held, but the $85,000 reclaim failed
- $82,800 and $85,800 are the two main liquidity zones to watch today
- $3B liquidity below is the bigger HTF risk
- Reclaim $85,800 and I favour another $87,000 attempt
- Lose $82,500 and $80,000 - $81,000 becomes the next area I’m watching
I’ll post any changes to my positioning and the key levels I’m watching in the free Telegram (link in bio).
