The Optimism Foundation and OP Labs will provide support for chain deployment, sequencer and node infrastructure operations, monitoring, incident response, and upgrades. The service agreement sets a target of 99.9% uptime per month and offers 24/7 emergency response. The Soneium team retains ownership of the chain and control over its development roadmap and will continue advancing tokenized IP and on-chain entertainment applications, including on-chain royalty distribution and AI-native IP tools.
