[Grayscale's Zcash ETF Completes '3-for-1' Share Split, Trading Based on Post-Split Basis Starting Today]
TechFlow News reports that on September 30, according to Globenewswire, Grayscale's Zcash ETF (ZCSH) announced the completion of its previously disclosed '3-for-1' share split, which became effective before the U.S. stock market opened on September 30. Starting from that day, the fund's shares will trade based on the post-split basis.
Grayscale stated that shareholders registered as of the close of trading on September 28 will receive 2 additional shares for every 1 pre-split share of ZCSH they hold, meaning each pre-split share will convert into 3 post-split shares. This split does not change the total value of shareholders' investments, and the net asset value (NAV) per share will be adjusted to approximately one-third of the pre-split value.
After the split, ZCSH will continue to trade on NYSE Arca, with its trading symbol and CUSIP number remaining unchanged.
