Personally tested using Binance to spend stablecoin USDT at offline restaurants in Japan, scanning PayPay for payment (only takes 15 seconds from scanning to completing the payment). Also, personal PayPay collection codes are now available on the Binance app. You can use them at 7-Eleven and Lawson convenience stores—just have the staff scan your code to complete the payment. The entire process uses Binance's internal settlement between stablecoins and Japanese yen via PayPay, no need to wait for on-chain confirmation.
