I built an AI trading bot with Opus 5.5 + Jev. It's hands down the best AI bot build I've ever done... Here's the full architecture (four components): Four components: 1. Claude (Opus 5.5) is the brain. It runs the backtests and designs the strategy. 2. Jev is the decision layer. It reads live market data and returns a probability for a setup. 3. Strategy. md (stop loss, take profit, sizing) sits on top. 4. The exchange is the execution layer. How a trade actually fires: You design a strategy with Claude → it turns it into questions to ask Jev → Jev reads live data and answers with probabilities → the trade fires against your rules. Why I've split things this way: Opus 5.5 handles the thinking that happens once (high-level strategy), and Jev handles the decisions that happen constantly. You get the best of both worlds: the smartest model to design strategy, and the fastest and cheapest model to run it thousands of times.
