[The Hong Kong IPO Market Remains Highly Active with 369 Companies in the Hearing Process] According to a report by Jinse Finance, as of September 30, the Hong Kong IPO market has remained highly active this year, with companies showing strong enthusiasm for going public in Hong Kong. Wind data shows that as of the close of trading on September 29, 76 companies have completed their IPOs in Hong Kong this year, 7 have passed hearings but are yet to be listed, 369 are in the hearing process, 145 have become invalid, and 2 have been withdrawn. The core driving force behind this IPO boom stems from the large-scale entry of technology companies and the rising enthusiasm of A-share companies for listing in Hong Kong, with these two trends intertwining. Mainland AI and hard-tech companies, as well as "A+H" listing projects, have become significant contributors to the growth of Hong Kong's IPO market. Deloitte China's latest forecast indicates that the strong momentum of Hong Kong's IPO market is expected to continue through the end of the year. It predicts that by 2026, the market could see 160 new IPOs in a single year, with total financing exceeding HK$480 billion, potentially surpassing the record annual IPO financing set in 2010. Among these, hard-tech companies are expected to be the focal point of the market. (China Securities Journal)
