According to Bloomberg, the U.S. SEC has filed lawsuits against Cryptoaiml Ltd. and TSAI Pro Ltd., accusing the two platforms of using AI-driven stock trading as a front to lure investors through WhatsApp groups, fake investment advisors, AI-generated stock recommendations, and fabricated profit records. They falsely claimed to be regulated by the SEC but conducted no actual trading, instead transferring customers' cryptocurrency and cash to overseas accounts. The SEC stated that the two cases resulted in losses exceeding $15 million for hundreds of retail investors, with Cryptoaiml accounting for approximately $12.5 million and TSAI Pro over $2.5 million. Cryptoaiml also reportedly filed a notice for exempt securities offerings with the SEC in 2024, which was allegedly used to create a false impression of being regulated. https://(wublock123.com)/news/sec-sues-two-ai-stock-trading-platforms-whatsapp-scam-15m-69234
