[OURA Delays IPO Due to Market Uncertainty, Originally Planned to Raise Up to $2.2 Billion]
According to Deep Tide TechFlow, on September 29, smart wearable device company OURA delayed its IPO plans due to market uncertainty. The company had previously planned to issue 50 million shares to raise up to $2.2 billion. OURA is currently profitable and expects a 90% year-over-year revenue growth for fiscal year 2026. CEO Tom Hale stated that the company still has flexibility in choosing the timing.
